Job Description –  

The Project Coordinator will report to the Client's Senior Technical Solutions Manager but will work closely and be assigned work from the CAPS Agile Solution Manager. The CAPS Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the CAPS Agile Solution Manager with tasks related to and managing the Client'S project scope, goals, and deliverables. This role involves coordinating activities and facilitating communication between stakeholders. 

 

Local Candidates Only: This position is remote based, but candidates must reside within 400 miles of the DECAL headquarters to allow for in-person meetings. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

•            Work closely with project leadership to assist in business and technology initiatives, as well as management of overall project tasks.

•            File project documents and maintain central repository for all project documentation (status reporting, risk management, issue management,              change management, etc.)

•            Support in the development and maintenance of the project schedule such as tracking project changes, including scope and timeline.

•            Assist in the development of project status reports.

•            In coordination with the project team and Agile Solution Manager identify, resolve and mitigate project issues.

•            Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, meeting minutes, ensuring resource participation, and documenting action items.

•            Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, etc., related to project.

•            Assist project team in additional tasks, as assigned.

 

Agency Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two or more years of project management/coordination experience. 

 

Agency Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND four or more years of project management/coordination experience; and the following: 

•            Experience with technology development projects 

•            Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications 

•            Proficiency in Project Management software

•            Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases.

 

Technical Competencies:

•            Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases.

•            Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal.

•            Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. 

•            Expert organizational skills.

•            Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency.

Physical Position Requirements:

•            Work is typically performed in an office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, or walking in various settings. 

•            The ability to speak clearly, to hear and understand at a normal conversational level, and to receive detailed information through verbal communication.

•            Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading and visual inspection.   

•            Full range of hand and finger motion for data entry purposes.

Job Description –  

Client is seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce with expertise in integrating with state-level platforms, particularly the IES Gateway. This contract role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable seamless integration between Salesforce and Georgia's Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Gateway. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong knowledge of government systems integration, ensuring robust data interoperability for grant management and financial reporting workflows.

 

Work Location & Attendance Requirements:

•            Must be physically located in Georgia

•            On-site: Tuesday to Thursday, per manager's discretion

•            Mandatory in-person meetings:

o            All Hands

o            Enterprise Applications

o            On-site meetings

o            DECAL All Staff

•            Work arrangements subject to management's decision

While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions.  The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.


Key Responsibilities:

• IES Gateway Integration: Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation.

• Solution Architecture: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and  financial reporting.

• System Integration: Create robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.

• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements, implementing proper data protection and audit mechanisms.

• Business Collaboration: Partner with DECAL stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions.

• Grant Management: Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

 

Experience:

o Minimum 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and development roles.

o 2+ years' experience with government system integrations.

o Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.


Technical Skills:

o            Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.

o            Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.

o            Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware).

o            Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.


Essential Certifications:

o            Salesforce Certified Application Architect

o            Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

o            Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I:

Optional Certification:

o            Salesforce Certified Data Architect

 

Soft Skills:

•            Excellent communication skills with ability to work with government stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

Job Description –  

As part of the Mobile team, you will contribute to the app design and development for key projects in Client. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly apps. This role requires a deep understanding of Swift, iOS frameworks, and development best practices. You will work closely with architects, Sr. developers, managers, executives, and other groups throughout the development process.

  • Architect and build robust, scalable iOS applications using Swift, leveraging the latest iOS SDKs and frameworks.
  • Design and implement clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance optimization and efficient memory management.
  • Develop complex features including user interfaces, data handling, networking, and background processes.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other developers on code quality, design, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise in Swift and iOS development.

  • Deep understanding of Swift syntax, object-oriented programming principles, and advanced features.
  • Thorough knowledge of iOS SDK, UI frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI), Core Data, networking, and push notifications.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
  • Experience with Blue Tooth low energy (BLE) plugin on iOS apps.
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git, build, and release management
  • Experience in using AWS and AWS-related technologies
  • Drives for results, reliable and independent self-starter; able to prioritize and complete projects on time; works well in a team collaborative environment
