Title: Project Manager with Peoplesoft (or Workday) implementation experience

- · Separation of financial related activities (e.g. cash and banking, payment collection & processing
- · Implementation of WorkDay financials and conversion from PeopleSoft financials Manage project scope, requirements, integrated schedules, critical path, time, cost, quality, staff, risk, budgets, procurement, status, integration, and communication.
- Provide status for project progress to Program Manager and Sponsors.
- Drive the successful execution and delivery of project while delivering on-time, on budget, within scope and meeting the business needs
- · Lead day-to-day activities of project team and drive the project forward, including both internal and 3rd party resources · Lead team to form a common vision of the solution
- · Decompose project into smaller deliverables that can be prioritized and delivered iteratively
- · Create and manage project workplan and schedule
- · Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- · Utilize resources appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements
- · Facilitate team and business meetings effectively
- · Proactively identify, manage and resolve issues and risks
- · Resolve conflict and drive to decision
- · Effectively apply our methodology and project standards
- Responsible for project control and reporting.
Detailed responsibilities include:
· Produce project plans for simple to large, complex project
· Provide status reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure stakeholders are kept appropriately informed and that there is adequate record of meetings and decision making.
Manages the implementation of appropriate project information systems, which include status reporting, progress reporting and forecasting.
· Track project financials and produce reports to show progress against budget
· Collaborate with the project team leads and Business Case team to ensure that a CBA is implemented with quality, socialized, and that all costs are being recorded and correctly tracked
· Logs project changes (scope, cost, and schedule) and identifies impacts baseline.
Obtains change approval from higher authorities
Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for the project (storing all project artifacts in Sharepoint)
