Qualifications:
Required to simultaneously work with multiple teams in managing schedules, resources, and deliverables for multiple PROCESS HARMONIZATION projects in the Regulatory functional area. Candidate MUST have an understanding of Six Sigma methodologies (preferably holding a Green Belt certification) and PMI/PMBOK methodologies (preferably holding a current PMP certification). MUST have mastery of MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel. Regulatory operations experience (e.g., IND/NDA filing, eCTD standards, and supplemental applications) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
The goal is a single, integrated process vision shared across the global enterprise, with high quality, sustainable registration data in a single supporting platform. A Project Manager under the PRM Program is responsible for all deliverables under the PRM integration projects assigned to them; and, will be accountable to the Program Manager for the PRM Program. Potential projects include: Product Release, Post Approval Changes, Regulatory Commitment Tracking, PSUR Scheduling, and Renewals Milestone Tracking. Daily responsibilities - scheduling and facilitating project meetings; taking and distributing meeting minutes; proactively communicating with stakeholders; documenting project roles and responsibilities (i.e., global stakeholder management); developing project deliverables (such as schedules, presentations, and messaging); editing/updating MS Project schedules; keeping schedules, charters, and portfolio data aligned (updating information in multiple systems).
