Required Skills   End-to-end implementation experience of the PeopleSoft HRMS Time and Labor Module.

 

The resource will lead the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS Time and Labor Module. The following minimum qualifications are required:

PUBLIC SECTOR experience is a must.

 

1. Strong Functional experience with People Soft HRMS in the mentioned modules

2. At least two end-to-end implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS leading at least one of these modules

3. Very knowledgeable in the People Soft reporting tools of Query and nVision

4. Very good self starter with minimal supervision needed

5. Great documentation skills and very good oral and written communication skills

6. Able to document test plan and perform system testing

7. TECHNICAL skills also required to implement this module

Brief Opportunity Description Purpose of Project  

Project includes the addition of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Time and Labor Module to the existing Human Resource Management System (HRMS) product suite, version 9.0. Consultant will work collaboratively with a client team to implement T&L.

 

PeopleSoft consultant shall act as the module lead during the PeopleSoft implementation project. The services will include full-life-cycle implementation services (as-is analysis, conduct fit-gap, configure module, documentation, assisting in functional testing, issues resolution, training the users, and serving as QA for the functional side of PeopleSoft Application).
