Functional expert/business analyst – ( 10+ years exp required)
Location: Mercer County, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Rate: DOE
Required Skills
The manager is interested in seeing only candidates that possess strong Business Analyst within Application Development environments abilities, but also where communication skills are considered to be outstanding. Polish and ability to communicate clearly to non technical members is essential and required
· 10 years Prior Business Requirements analysis and gathering
· 5 years Prior experience with FORMAL Object Oriented Methodologies
· 5 years Facilitate and document meetings with users
· 3 years Use case design, statements of scope, requirements modeling
· 3 years Prior experience developing training plans
· 1 year Visio 2007
· 2 Years User acceptance testing
· Very strong written and verbal communications skills
· Prior experience with govt project or department of Health
Desired
· 2 Years Provide post implementation support to business
· 3 Years Experience defining health/emergency preparedness requirements
· 2 Years Rational Unified Process (RUP)
