Title Business Systems Analyst  Job Description Necessary Skills: Eight years' BSA or systems analysis experience, including three years' technical writing experience, preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and interviewing skills Excellent analysis and problem solving skills Strong negotiation skills Broad knowledge of the financial services industry IBM FileNet P8 Platform Agile Methodology IBM Requisite Pro Desired Skills: Conversion and migration User interface design, including navigation Internal and external interfaces, feeds, batch jobs, and other events Full project life cycle System solution models and alternatives, including IT vendor evaluations Security Software capabilities and limitations, e.g., performance and design Prototyping and use case scenarios Benefits and risks of automating and changing processes -- on own and shared systems Translation of business rules into computer logic, tables, on-line approvals, and maintenance schedules Quality assurance methodology and Inspections Thoroughly scoped functional requirements and documentation deliverables Expert knowledge of one or more IT platforms Primary Skills   Location Malvern, PA Duration 6+month Rate $40-$45  Interview Type Initial Telephonic  / 2nd round May be a face to face on your own expense Notes We need only developers with hands on experience, client will request for references and proof of employment in USA.
