12+ years experience on SAP development out of which 10+ years of
experience need to be on SAP XI/PI middleware. 
Deep expertise on SAP Netweaver technology including XI/PI, ABAP/Java Webdynpro, SAP
Business workflow,  ABAP Objects, BADIs, JAVA, Javascript, SAP eSOA,
Userexits, BDC, Call transactions, Dialog Programming, Interfaces and
conversions. Need to have worked as a development team lead,
Offshore team lead and advisor/architect/analyst on SAP Netweaver technology.
