* 5+ years overall IT experience, with 3+ years on Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008 and beyond
* Has worked with clients to create their portal solutions
* 3-5 years in the full project lifecycle process with Microsoft technologies
* Excellent communication skills
* SharePoint architecture
