Tech Lead or Sr. Business Analyst with CMS or Oracle Universal Content Management

Location:  Avenue South, Minneapolis

 

Experience Level/Designation: SA

 

Type of hire:      C2C / Contract-to-hire

 

Rate: Open

 

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands on experience in Oracle Universal Content Management 10gr3 (previously known as Stellent), Java J2EE, Java Script, CSS
• Should have strong knowledge of Oracle Content Management to solution Document Management and Web Content Management solutions
• Prior experience working as a Tech Lead, working with on/offshore teams, preparing technical design documentation
• Good communication  and coordination skills

 

Desired Skills:

• Prior BFS experience
• Portal Implementation, Sitestudio

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

This position will primarily serve as Tech Lead for Client systems.  Work will entail working with the existing IT team with focus on implementing the projects.  Specific tasks would include migrating content management systems to Oracle universal content management system. 

 

• Develop and document high level design of the platform foundation promoting reuse, flexibility, scalability, reliability, maintainability, security and adherence to architecture standards
• Create high-level design artifacts such as Deployment Models, Conceptual Models, Activity Diagrams, etc.
• Educate & mentor project team members in the go forward high level design solution

·         Manage and maintain the business partner relationships. Act as Point of Contact for the business partners.  Possess the ability to translate for the business or technology and to share expertise and mentor others.

·         Resource will likely work with Oracle consultants initially
