Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Business Analyst skills in a technical environment or
At least 5 Years experience in all aspects of high-volume enterprise class, dot.net web site development.
The candidate that has a strong understanding of programming in MS Access as well as understanding the Dot.Net environment using an Oracle Database back-end, will be given a strong consideration.
This candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and have a hands on knowledge of writing Technical Specifications such as Functional and Detail Design Documents
This person should also have an expert understanding of MS Access, HTTP, XML, ASPx and IIS protocols.
Expert Understanding of Microsoft IIS web server.
At least 4 additional years in comparable programming languages including Java, C++ or VB/COM Excellent Understanding of Relational Databases including advanced sql, database design and normalization.
Experience with SQL Server required.
