SAP ICC Consultant
Location: San Diego,CA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Open

 

Interaction Center Specialist (including Service Requests with Genesys Integration)

 

Key Requirements/ Qualifications/ Experience
Meets qualifications and can perform duties of Systems Analyst Level II (5-8 yrs technical exp)
Experience with CRM 7.0
ICWC configuration and tuning experience
Genesys integration (with the G+ adapter) experience - very nice to have
Service Request configuration experience
4-5 years of experience
