PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; preferably an advanced degree in a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 10 yrs. Management experience implementing the business and change management portions of significant technology, undertakings that affect both internal and external users.
  
• Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in government agencies. 
  
• Demonstrated business process re-engineering and change management experience.
