Job Skills Required: 
The biggest challenges is finding someone with experience on Windows Server and OLTP.
C++ in a Windows environment, TCP and UDP communications, ACE framework, multi-threaded applications, and SQL; Linux experience is a plus. 
 
Additional Information: 
Experience with high-performance OLTP applications is preferred; knowledge of U.S. equity market data is a plus.
