Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Write traceability matrix to link test cases to use cases.,

Execute functional (manual) tests based during each iteration on traceability matrix .,

Verify unit test and code coverage reports  generated by developers.,

Write and execute end-to-end (integrated) automated test cases.,

Oversee the quality of the software through test execution.,

Oversee the quality of the process through ensuring that all artifacts are produced based on quality standards.

Qualifications:  

Must have 10+ years of hands-on software testing experience.,

Must have a Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering.,

Must be capable of working under pressure and with super-aggressive release timelines (2 releases a month).,

Must have more than 3 years of recent testing experience on Linux (RHEL/CentOS preferred).,

Must have more than 3 years of recent experience working with Agile or Iterative processes.,

Must have tested software written using  using Java, J2EE, Application Server (Glassfish preferred), Message Queue, Threading, Databases for at least 3 years,

Must have worked in challenging, small team environment (less than 10 members), startup experience desired.,

Must be capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.,

Must excel at teamwork and problem solving.,

Familiarity with open source software and frameworks a must have.,

Must have written automated integration tests using XUnit framework for at least 5 years.,

Must have done manual (functional) testing of enterprise applications and platforms for at least 3 years.,

Semiconductor domain and experience testing software written in C++ nice to have.,

Must have authorization to work in US without visa approvals/transfers
