Hands on experience in fine tuning, tuning performance, identifying and fixing bottlenecks at various levels such as source, target and mapping. Experienced in using ERWIN 3.5/4.0/7.2/7.3 for data modeling. Expert in Data Loading using UNIX Shell scripts, SQL * Loader and hands on experience with scheduling of shell scripts using AUTOSYS ·         Staying up-to-date with ETL development standards and best practices, applying the concepts in job design and construction. Self documenting ETL jobs to comply with metadata standards Excellent track record as a team player with effective communication skills.
