Hope all is well. I have a need for a Tibco SOA Middleware Consultant. I really need local candidates, as they will need to interview face to face. My company has been giving a 1 week exclusive on this position. It is a 3 month gig. Do you have anyone? Job details are below but the things I am looking for are:

Rate (flex for right candidate but would like to stay around the 60-70/hr mark)
Job Description:
A SOA Middleware Engineer is responsible for design, maintenance, and
support of multiple SOA systems and environments as well as solution
development in those environments. An individual in this role provides
support and troubleshooting for SOA systems, performs analysis for the
implementation of future products and/or upgrades, and provides
recommendations for improving performance of systems. The individual in
this role also estimates projects, assists in preparation of project plans
or proposals, and works with a team to deliver solutions that meet business
requirements. A Middleware Engineer is highly knowledgeable on multiple
systems or technologies, provides technical leadership in those areas, and
works with little guidance.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes all relevant information and incorporates perceived long-term
implications when devising solutions.
Remains flexible to the ever-changing needs of the customers and the
industry.
Thoroughly documents the design, direction and additions to a program
making it easier for others to support and understand in the future.
Builds rapport and manages relationships to ensure a smooth operation.
Avoids making hasty decisions by weighing the risks and thinking
logically about complicated problems.
Consistently notices details others may miss; asks questions to
understand the details of a program or project.
Comes up to speed on a new project quickly and independently if needed.
Understands all knowledge areas of software development (as defined by
SWEBOK), including requirements, design, construction, testing,
maintenance, configuration management, quality, tools, and methods.
Establishes positive working relationships with technical project
members.
Works collaboratively with customers or end-users to help them reach
desired solutions.
Understands and integrates industry needs, software development life-
cycles, and technological solutions.
Continually searches for projects and initiatives in order to remain
ahead.
Ensures best practices are followed, along with company and departmental
policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. Degree in computer science, information systems, or related
area, or equivalent work experience
Experience: At least 4-6 years software development experience in specific
area (e.g., Java/Web, , etc.); at least 4-6 years experience implementing
and supporting SOA infrastructures and systems; experience writing SQL
queries and accessing databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, etc.); experience
with source code control product (e.g., CVS, Subversion, SourceSafe, etc.);
experience with tuning performance of application code or data access;
experience with development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, etc.) a plus
Competencies/Skills: Strong communication and problem solving skills
required. Ability to think analytically, make decisions, and continuously
improve and innovate. Candidates must also have functional and technical
expertise, have consistency and quality in their work, and work well in
teams.
Accomplishments: (Degrees, Certifications, Languages):
CSDP or other certification a plus; M.S., Ph.D., or other advanced degree a
plus.
Physical Demands: Must be able to type proficiently.
Work Environment: Work under pressure with time constraints; regular change
in work tasks/duties; occasional work after business hours.
Additional Certifications & Requirements:
SOA Middleware Engineer/Developer
- Experience programming in Java
- Experience with XML, parsers, and web service products (e.g., XML,
XSLT, JAXB, JAX-WS, Spring Web Service, etc.)
- Experience with messaging technologies (JMS, Tibco EMS, Apache MQ).
- Experience with ESB/SOA technologies (Tibco ESB/Active
Matrix/Business Works).
- Experience with BPM and CEP products a plus.
- Experience with SOA monitoring and governance technologies a plus
(Actional Enterprise).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Unix, DOS, Awk, regular
expressions, Jython, etc.) a plus.
- Experience with operating systems (e.g. Linux, Unix, Windows, etc.)
- Experience with database query tools (e.g. SQuirreL, DBVisualizer,
etc.)
- Experience with development IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, Netbeans, etc.)
- Experience with database design and access using SQL
- Familiarity with HTML, javascript, and CSS a plus.
- Experience with application servers and J2EE containers and their
configuration (e.g. Tomcat, Glassfish, etc.)
- Experience with web servers and their configuration (e.g., Apache)
- Experience with unit testing and build tools (e.g., junit, ant,
maven, etc.)
- Experience with code analysis tools (e.g., pmd, checkstyle, etc.)
- Experience with performance analysis and load testing tools (e.g.,
Eclipse TPTP, SoapUI, jMeter, etc.)
