Title: Curam Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 Months +

 

Description:

Our Client is looking for a Certified Curam Developer for a long-term contract to assist with the design and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) using Curam Software, Inc. products.  The selected candidate will have significant delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST development, and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise which cannot be addressed by a technical consultant. In addition this person will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues, and may act in the role of senior technical developer.

Duties include but are not limited to: Leading requirements development needs assessment, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, programming and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST.

Areas of focus will include:  Business and workflow process modeling, and Business re-engineering using Curam.

These activities will involve use of:  COTS Curam Enterprise Framework Components, Curam Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Curam Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, use of XML technology in Curam, Curam Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere.  The selected candidate will be responsible for status reporting to the NC FAST Project Manager.

 

REQUIRED:

Candidate MUST have and possess the following:  be a Curam Certified Developer in Curam V5.0 or greater and have a MINIMUM of three (3)years of social enterprise management experience in the full project life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing, experience in performing detailed fit-gaps of requirements against the appropriate software modules, extensive experience in knowledge transfer, proven leadership skills in leading requirements analysis workshops, JAD sessions, and design workshops and experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues.

Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming:  Curam IEG2, Curam CERT, Curam Administration, Curam DMX, J2EE, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Database platforms and tools (XML, XSL, XML Schemas and Oracle).

Preferred:
Experience with Curam Self Service public facing solutions for screening, reception management requirements, and intake requirements.

Important Note:
All work must be performed on State premises.  Some local travel may be required.
