Position: Citrix NetScaler Systems Administrator

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration:6+ Month Contract

• Candidate must be highly motivated and an adaptive worker.
• Position will provides support for production and non-production environments, existing and new.
• Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of N-Tier architecture.
• Knowledge of Capacity Planning, project management, and change management
• After hours and weekend support and on-call rotation will be required
• Experienced with major, large-scale system or infrastructure implementations
• Experience managing or developing Internet or intranet based applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise web applications, services, systems and supporting technologies including firewalls/routing/load balancing etc.
• Hands on experience with the following:
  • Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET, Cold Fusion,  Apache
  • Citrix NetScaler load balancers - or similar (Cisco CSS, ACE, F5 BigIP, etc…)
  • BlueCoat Proxy SG Internet proxy appliance/content filtering servers - or similar (MS ISA, Websense, PaloAlto, IronPort, etc...)
• Have an understanding of load balancing strategies, techniques. Expertise in application switching, traffic management, and knowledge of session persistence.
• Experience with basic network troubleshooting (Network Traces, Wireshark, Firewalls, etc…)
• Experience with troubleshooting IIS/ASP.NET/CFMX web application and server errors.
• Knowledge of the HTTP/TCP/SSL protocols and understanding the OSI model.
• Experience with IBM Datapower, CA Siteminder (single sign on solutions), automation and scripting is a plus
