Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration : 6+Months


 In Depth understanding of Avaya contact center call environment. Extensive knowledge on Avaya Call management system (CMS) reports and database items with respect to the call routing scenarios
Strong database and query knowledge including proficiency in SQL
Knowledge of Avaya call detail reporting and how it relates to contact center routing
Ability to work with telecom engineers and business analysts to help understand call flows and build SQL queries based on call flows.
Contact Center domain experience
Avaya CMS Reporting
Database SQL
