| Roles & Responsibilities | · Manage and guide project team to implement TrackWise EQMS projects · Lead requirement gathering workshops with business team to extract and record user requirement specification and model workflows · Write Functional Specification and Design Specification · Lead activities for, and participate in, execution of TrackWise configuration · Crystal Report development · Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings · Provide implementation consultation and direction as required · Aid in the execution of Installation Qualification(IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) testing (Validation) · Conduct functional and Technical training · Assist in post-implementation problem analysis and production support as required · Work to ensure a smooth transition of the work to customer. |
