·         Position Title: Lead Informatica ETL Developer

Location: GreenBay, WI

·         Start Date: Immediately

·         Duration = 3 to 6 Months (could be extended even further)

·         Must Haves:

o   Informatica 9.1 Experience

o   ETL Design Experience

o   Source System Analysis Experience

o   Understand of Dimensional Modeling

o   Understanding of Kimball Data Warehouse Methodology

o   Comprehensive testing approach

o   Advanced SQL experience with Oracle databases

o   Great communication

o   Ability to streamline processes, document requirements, and create technical designs

·         Nice-To-Haves:

o   EBS/OBIEE Experience

o   Oracle BI Analytics Experience (especially HR Analytics)

o   Golden Gate Experience

o   Oracle 11g Database

o   UC4 Knowledge

o   Informatica's Metadata Manager

o   Hyperion Essbase integration with Informatica

·         Objectives (Execution of Data Warehouse Roadmap):

1.      Creating a new Operational Data Store (ODS) Data Warehouse with proper security, change management, data quality, and Informatica integration processes.

2.      Integrate UC4 with Informatica for true enterprise scheduling.

3.      Implement Custom Business Analytics Warehouse (BAW) to allow us to customize out-of-the-box Analytics (i.e. Procurement, HR, and Financial).

4.      Provide ETL production support.

5.      Lead/Develop new data integration projects:  Incentive Compensation, DivePort to OBIEE, ISD Support/Project Analytics, and Financial Analytics.

6.      Decommission legacy code and data from current data warehouse to new data warehouse (project by project basis)

7.      Implement real-time information strategy using Golden Gate.
