Role: Sr Java/JSF Developer
Location: FL
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

·         Provide detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and  externally purchased software products

·         Code to and create Applicaion Programming Interfaces (APIs)

·         Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points

·         Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects

·         Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications

·         Support application throughout the Product Development life cycle *Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach

·         Review and conduct vendor research and product gap analysis comparison

 

Job Requirements: (candidates must have all of these to be considered)

·         More than 4+ yrs. of development in web applications using JSF Framework

·         JSF 2.0 -  minimum 1 year of experience

·         JSF 1.x - minimum 3 years of experience

·         Prime faces or similar user interface frameworks (HTML, CSS, AJAX) - min 1 year

·         Experience with Spring Security is a must.

·         Creating JSF Custom UI components is required

·         Should be able to develop JSF 2 application from scratch without guidance.

·         Should be able to develop Custom UI components without guidance.

·         Should be able to develop Prime faces 3.4 without guidance.

·         Should be able to develop Spring 3.1 Security for role-based authorization

·         Should be able to develop using WebSphere application server 8.5

·         Should be able to build a UI framework that includes error handling, audit / alert handling, authorization, performance testing tools etc.
