-Minimum 3 Years experience in Business Analysis - HealthCare & Life Sciences Domain Knowledge.
-Minimum 2 Years experience in Business Analysis - Agile Methodologies.
-Bachelors Degree Required
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Document Analysis artifacts using UML or other best practices
-Create and Enforce requirements management plans using manual tools or Agile ALM software packages such as Rally, Version1, etc.
-Gather requirements for IT product implementation projects by conducting interviews, work flow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions
-Foster Agile principles and methods for requirement gathering
-4+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong emphasis around product implementation
-2+ years experience in a true Agile / Scrum / XP environment where Test Driven Development (TDD) and similar ?test first? techniques and methods are employed
-Experience in HealthCare Payor business domain
-Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management
-Skill and experience working with traditional use case based analysis of business processes
-Experience performing end-user interviews, leading requirements gathering sessions, and User Acceptance Testing
-Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns
-Ability to mentor and coach others
