Job Title	:	Digital Analytics Expert
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	7-10 yrs total work experience with 3+ years in Digital/Web Analytics domain
Technical/Functional Skills	:	- Minimum 3+ years working with standard click stream analysis tools: Adobe Insight, SiteCatalyst, HBX, CoreMetrics etc. - Previous experience in implementing click stream tool; Sitecatalyst preferred - Knowledge on Java Script, PHP, XML and Web Development technologies is preferred - Excellent skills & knowledge on Digital Analytics & KPIs/metrics and related dashboards/scorecards - Knowledge on Tealeaf would be an added advantage - Excellent Analytical and Team working skills, communication skills
Experience Required		7-10 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities	:	- Work with business teams to gather requirements and understand digital analytics needs - Develop digital analytics solutions to meet identified needs - Analyzing digital data for insight generation to determine key metrics/KPIs that can help to give better insights on customer experience across digital channels and identifying any issues at early stage  - Prototyping digital data analytics across channels (web, mobile, social, email, display) and data sources - Support the analytic needs of business units by analyzing digital traffic using click stream tool, Adobe SiteCatalyst / Tealeaf and data warehouse to produce reports relating to outcomes. - Key player with the Adobe SiteCatalyst tool- implementation and maintenance:  - Develop site tagging requirements and support implementation. -  Support the implementation process -  Define, analyze and manage key metrics across all client report suites. - Help in the creation of JavaScript and assist with its implementation for reporting and optimization - Train clients and staff on use of Omniture SiteCatalyst and new web analytics tools
Rate	:	Open.
Education	:	Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science graduate
Work Location   Duration	:	San Antonio, TX   : 1 year.
