Position: Database Analyst/ Programmer/ Developer (with strong HL7/XML)
Duration: 4+ months
Location: Hartford CT ( Locals Only )

Must have - no exemption:

• Strong experience on HL7/XML analysis, programming and development
• Clinical background and/or experience is required

Candidate must have strong experience with the following:

Database Analysis:
Design tactical solution for a conceptual & logical inter-operable Enterprise SQL Server database repository that is based on a "clinical" applications database structure. This database will be replicated, SAN-based, virtualized, clustered, and will support development & configuration environments.

Database Development (HL7/XML):

• Develop the SQL database physical model & validate data strategy
• Develop a data cleansing and validating process; develop message specification rules for HL7 interfaces and transformation of batch flat file CSV-XML(CDA) interfaces to HL7 (e.g. MDM) and parsing
• Verify any XML "in-scope" document rendering process for all systems.
