Position: Senior SQL Database Developer

Description:
Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces.
Requires a previous domain of experience in applications development. Responsible for overall application design, including interfaces with other applications and systems. Assures that application designs are consistent with industry best practices application attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility).
The individual will be part of the back office development team at ShareBuilder and will help design and deliver high quality services and applications for back end transaction processing.
Qualifications:
Extensive database development experience with emphasis on data modeling, schema, stored procedure and trigger design and construction in a T-SQL environment (10+ years)
Expertise in Java (J2SE) and/or C# application development
Experience with Financial Services clients is a plus
Lean/Agile development experience is a plus
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
Experience with highly transactional systems a plus.
Proven track record of delivering quality deliverables.
Experience with test-driven development or unit testing a plus
