Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as: Silverlight 4.0,XAML,C# 4.0,LINQ,XML and WCF
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database design, stored procedures, SQL Queries, and table management.
Experiences with MVVM is a  plus
Solid background in OO design and programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision, well organized, structured and creative,
Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and project managers to ensure quality product development and successful    product releases
Sound problem-solving and initiative taking,
Ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate a reasonable level of flexibility/adaptability,

 

Nice to have Skills:
1)SSRS,
2)SSIS
