Senior Project Manager with strong ICD-10 , health exp
Apart from normal PM skill set, the following will be ideal for ICD-10 PMs: These are all not required at the same time in a candidate, but every one of them will be an additional plus point.
1. Understanding of ICD-10, and its impact on Health Care Insurance Payers
2. Health Care experience, with high level understanding of both business and IT domain relevant to Health Care Payers
3. Experience working on large enterprise level projects that involved coordination with multiple departments and stake holders
4. Experience in interacting with vendors, system integration projects with vendors or third party service providers
5. Familiarity with Inpatient Hospital claim payment systems and financial impact analysis due to ICD-10
6. Experience with planning and coordinating enterprise wide end to end testing effort that includes multiple internal systems, external vendors and providers
