The Active Directory Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, engineering, and design of technologies within the company's back-office technology environment. These systems include directory and identity management, messaging and collaboration as well as all systems hosted on a Windows platform. This is a hands-on role that will require the direct involvement in all decisions and work necessary to operate a dynamic and evolving technology environment. The Engineer will work closely with management at all levels to successfully deliver world-class technology services to Company.
***Candidates must demonstrate excellent trouble shooting skills***
***We are not looking for Administrators but Engineers (someone who worked closely w/Architects) ***
***Active Directory, VMware, and Citrix/XenApp are equally important***
Responsibilities:
· Keep individual priorities in alignment with company objectives and requirements.
· Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
· Participate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation.
· Actively participate in all areas of daily operations, including individual customer service requests.
· Research, plan, architect, design our Windows based platform infrastructure.
