Position : Business Analyst/SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Duration : 6+Months
Business Systems Analyst
Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for client facing support for our company's Human Resources. The position will primarily support SAP projects, Interfaces and downstream systems as well and provide system support in coordination with subject matter experts and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs functional analysis, requirements, definition and ERP module configuration and testing
Provide support and process improvement opportunities for the business users
Collaborate effectively with corporate and site partners leveraging shared services and subject matter experts across the company
Understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
Ensuring site business needs are met while aligning with global design principles and strategies
Eliciting business requirements and translating them into functional requirements for SAP and other downstream systems and interfaces
Testing and test coordination of solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of SAP capabilities required to support and improve business processes
Strong customer focus and project
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience
3+ years of experience with ECC 6.0
HR background and experience working with HCM processes and workflows
Strong project delivery skills; Formal training in SAP HCM modules
Additional Skills:
High attention to detail and process driven focus
Strong Business Analyst skills, specifically in Interface development
