Job Description:
I am looking for an SD/CRM Functional Analyst to help out with our SAP support organization. This person would handle the day to day support tickets that come in on the SAP SD/CRM systems that require third level of support. This person would be working with our customers on a day to day basis on solving systems issues within SLA's. This would require that this person is on call over some weekends in case we have high priority problems that need to be fixed happen on the weekends. This person should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of ABAP and ability to due limited debugging of code is a plus. I have listed some additional skills for the job below.
Consults with business unit and users to ensure that the system meets the needs of the user by collecting requirements, identifying data source, analyzing and documentation
Demonstrates the ability to develop prototypes, define and develop business processes and workflow, and prepares testing ensuring that the systems continue to meet the needs of the Business Unit.
Conducts the appropriate reviews of technical systems including but not limited to the design, development, testing and documentation to maintain system integrity.
Responsible for both conceptual and detailed design of systems and user training
Supports and maintains existing software by troubleshooting processes and demonstrates ability to identify and resolve problems on a 24-hour emergency need basis.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of System Development Life Cycle processes and is able to apply the processes of The Schwan Food Company usage need and requirements
Maintains corporate compliance, regulatory policies and standards requirements
Offers excellent customer service with end-users (customers) to ensure systems continually meet or exceed the users or customers expectations
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of systems development principles, theories and concepts to include ABAP coding & specs, and basic debugging; experience with items such as workflow, archiving, DaRT and SOx processes, interpersonal and communications skills; advance proficiency in operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; advanced proficiency with numeric data analysis; advanced basic understanding of top-down development planning; and advanced ability to utilize resources to keep up with the new technologies/functions; results oriented and fast leaner; may include travel for projects, training and seminars.
