DESCRIPTION 

•  Must have 4-5 years of US IT Staffing experience  (Recruitment)

•  Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set

•  Proven technical recruiting skills with excellent track record of recruiting and over-achievement of recruiting targets•  Proven ability in cold calling candidates, create proactive baskets, active recruiting by searching job boards/user groups/posting ads/social media, coordinate interviews, closing candidates

•  Good knowledge of US employment types W2, C2C, 1099. Ability to source and close citizens, GC, H1 candidates•  Post available positions on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.

•  Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate jobs with clients•  Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinate logistics

•  Responsible for the entire hiring process for available positions with Dexter Systems clients, this includes•  phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Account Managers for the remaining steps of the interview process.

•  Maintain all documentation using candidate database to track information and hiring metrics•  regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.•  Follow up with the placed consultants on a regular basis.

•  Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks•  Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
