Must-haves
Deep level understanding of webMethods software components; their architecture, interrelationships, and configuration. Components include:
Linux Experience (supported linux platform from middleware to user level)
Web Methods Admin (minimum 3 years +)
Integration Server
Technology Adapters:
Leadership ability (must have the ability to lead solution based covnersations & think outside of the box)
PM Background/Project Management understanding
Integration & enterprise service level experience & enterprise toolset (absolute must)
Must have understanding of tools that are NOT Web Methods (browser messaging, GXS, Active MQ, Informatica, SAP, ETC)
Plusses
Ability to work within strictly defined governance, compliance, and regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures
Ability to work within a well integrated and high performance team structure with both on-shore and off-shore members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact and coordinate across multiple technical and business teams

understanding of FDA regualtions
Day-to-Day
This resource will be in-charge of supporting projects from a leadership role as a WebMethods Administrator. This is a dynamic position where they will need to be able to not only adminstor the WebMethods environment but also be able to think outside the box, intergrating other technologies that could optimize the clients environment. They will need to be able to lead discussions, brainstorm & develop solutions for the clients specific needs and projects.
