Position: DESKTOP ENGINEER
Location: Polk County, IA
Duration: 1+ years
Required skills:
Remediation, fixing, patching of system that have identified
misconfigurations or vulnerabilities
Desktop - Windows 7 Installation, Support, Patching and Troubleshooting
Track and report on issues found in the security information and event management (SIEM) System.
Windows networking TCP/IP Configuration and troubleshooting
Ability to modify system registry (regedit)
Deliver progress reports to agency management and Information Security Office
Thorough understanding of Active Directory - client side
Demonstrated experience providing support with remote tools
Install and troubleshoot 3rd party applications on the desktop
