PEFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will work with key business stakeholders and Business Analysts and shall be responsible for the configuration, development, testing, maintenance, and support of xRM solutions. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will demonstrate a clear understanding of the Microsoft CRM application and have technical proficiency in Microsoft CRM development tools. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will have the ability to work and interact with customers and team members and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM DEVELOPER:

Develop new programs and/or enhance existing programs to support specific customer needs, system upgrades, and application development initiatives
Develop software to deadlines and quality standards
Implement development life-cycle including design, coding, testing and documentation
Utilize Microsoft .NET development to extend the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (xRM)
Lead the design, programming, and testing of CRM systems using .NET code
Do hands on C#/.NET development
Ability to effectively work and interact with customers and team members
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Technical experience with SQL Server, JavaScript, Developing Plugins, SharePoint
Understanding of integration technologies including REST, Web Services, RPC
Microsoft Certifications
