| Specifics: | · Provide L3 support for storage liaison to vendor[s] for storage related issues · Collaborate with cloud integration specialists to evaluate new technology offerings for integration within DTSS · Collaborate with segment focals to evaluate business needs and determine how to integrate their requirements within the overall DTSS storage portfolio and strategy · Collaborate with managers to create service level agreements and define metrics needed to evaluate the performance of external providers. · Closely partner with Storage Service Provider to ensure DTSS architectural standards and best practices are adhered to · Serve as technical lead liaison for large scale storage related projects · Assist with defining enterprise storage strategies and blueprints based upon industry standards and best practices · Design, implement, and maintain a storage management framework that forms a single view for strategic, tactical and operational management of the DTSS enterprise storage environment · Ability to lead architectural design discussions, obtain consensus among stakeholders and carry those designs through deployment and into operations · Own and drive incidents with external partners and vendors. · Drive continuous service improvement initiatives relating to the enterprise storage environment | |||
