Must have Skills: Redhat JBoss SOA-P, JBoss ESB, JBoss BRMS, JBPM

 

Desired Skills:

• 10+years' experience in integration, EAI, ESB, SOA space.
• 3+ years' experience in RedHat Jboss SOA Platform &  JBPM .
• 5+ years' experience in Core java & JEE technologies.
• Experience in designing complex integration modules using RedHat Jboss ESB .
• Experience in developing & integrating rules using Drools & BRMS .
• Experience in process Orchestration & management using JBPM.
• Experience in leading the definition, documentation, and communication of policies and guidelines on integration, approaches and solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as a winning team attitude and strong people skills.
• The Integration Architect will provide technical leadership to define, plan, evangelize and implement an integration solution.
• Proven industry experience with focused integration experience.

 Desired Skills:     

• Strong in J2EE, SOA, WebServices                                                                    
• Must have Good communication skills
• Architecting an integration project
• Experience in working on a scrum team 
• Exposure to Agile methodologies           
• Smooks and some clustering knowledge
• Deployment knowledge                                    

 Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

1. Resource has to work on architecting and designing an end to end working environment.
2. Need to do lead and develop end to end integration system.
3. Need to technically lead the development team.
4. Consulting client on the architecture of the integration project and providing solutions to   design issues.
5. Understanding functional requirements and suggesting best fit technical solutions.
6. Explaining the implementation approaches with Offshore and clarification to queries.
7. Resolve any technical queries that arise as part of the development process from the stream.
8. Provide support on deployment activities.
