Job Requirements Overview:

 

Qualifications:

 

-              4-8 Years in a Scrum role

-              Agile experience, Rally is a must-have

-              Candidate does not need a technical background, if the candidate has software development or web development experience, that would help but not required

-              Priority will be to facilitate for the team, set meetings, etc. 

-              Looking for a Scrum Master who understands the purpose behind the Scrum methodology, doesn't just follow the manual.

-              Looking for someone organized, detail oriented

-              Enterprise level experience
