Systems Analyst who has a strong background in Equity Trading QA testing.
Job requirements are:
· Work closely with software developers to thoroughly document technical design for enhancements to the Algorithmic Equity Trading System
· Document current application design specifications, including inclusion and exclusion logic
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the desire to apply those skills in solving complex business problems
· Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
· Collaborate with developers, product owners and subject matter experts facilitate meetings, communicate complex ideas, and create resulting artifacts
· Facilitate meetings, communicate complex ideas, and create actionable plans through team collaboration
