·      Couple of years of experience in Kdb.

·     Couple of years of experience in Java.

·     Equity trading knowledge is a plus.

·     UI development (html5/FLEX) knowledge is a plus.

·     Person with good learning ability.

·         KDB is good
Java J2EE 
HTML5 is Must
Flex is Must        
Just knowledge only on KDB will not help but if a candidate has worked in KDB environment but directly on KDB is still better verses who just doesnot know or simply read what is it and go for interview.
