· 36 months experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including triggers, stored procedures, packages, advanced queuing
· 60 months experience writing and maintain code written using VB.Net in a Microsoft Windows environment
· 36 months experience in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server in a Microsoft Windows environment, including experience in check-in/check-out.
· 36 months experience in PL/SQL development
· 36 months experience in XML development
· 36 months experience in XSLT development
