Responsibilities:

Project Title/Role:  Sr. Java/Groovy Application Developer

Someone with Java & Groovy/Grails that has great communication I can get them placed. They may offer 50% remote after the first few months of work.  18 month contract in Tulsa, OK for a Senior/Lead Java Developer with Groovy experience.

 

 Description: 
 

• Application support experience is necessary.   
• Business analysis skills are helpful to augment technical skills in creating functional applications meeting defined business requirements. 
• Knowledge of Java 1.7, Groovy, REST Services are preferred.
• Ability to design and implement development environment (building, testing and deploying system, familiar with MVN repository and SVN.

 

Skills:

• Programming:  Java 1.7, Groovy, JavaScript

 

Requirements/Qualifications: Nice To have

• 6 - 8 years of Groovy and/or Java Application programming and web development experience
• Oracle PL\SQL & SQL skills
• Large scale business application development experience is preferred. 
• Practical experience with UML

 

 Technology Requirements:

• Groovy/Grails
• Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
• JavaScript – (ExtJs - Sencha Architect preferred)
• ESB/REST integration experience is preferred
• Windows Active Directory integration experience is helpful but not necessary
