Position               : Salesforce Developer

Location               : Erie, PA

Duration              : 3-6 Months

Experience         : 5-8 Years

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

·         Expertise in the execution of major salesforce.com Projects.

·         Salesforce.com certified (ADM201/DEV401/ADM301/CON201)

·         In depth process awareness of Inquiry to Order (ITO) cycle

·         Experience with Data Masters awareness of industry best practices will be a plus.

·         Data Loader, Oracle Database, SQL query skills.

·         Prior expertise with managing requirements for Agile projects and platforms

·         Strong background and hands-on experience in using requirements management tools

·         Expertise in visual Modelling techniques.

·         Strong background and hands on experience in developing test plans and test cases and requirements traceability matrices.

·         Strong background in test tools like Quality Center and other products in the Mercury toolset.

·         Prior proven salesforce.com requirements management experience and expertise is a MUST.

·         Fluent English language skills for all consultants.

Requirements Gathering

 

SFDC Core Competency

·         In depth knowledge in at least one of Core competency SFA , Marketing , PRM or creation of complex analytics reports.

·         Knowledge of all the features present out of box or can be customized in one of the above areas.

 

SFDC Design

·         Expert in High level design for low and medium size projects and low level design for projects of all complex city

 

Project Management

·         Conceptual Awareness and Limited/No practical Experience Entry level project manager who has completed a formal course in project management techniques, behavioral skills and have some team handling experience

·         Should be responsible for small on-critical projects with well-defined scope and boundary, under the direct supervision and guidance of line/practice manager.

·         Extent of supervision and mentoring required will be high

·         Should  be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality

·         Should  be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting(internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis.
