Required:
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML 4, HTML 5, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS 3, XSLT, jquery etc.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as Section 508 Guidelines, DDA Standards and CATO requirements
• Good Experience on CSS which supports color contrast anyliser.
• Knowledge & understanding of end-to-end user experience design processes
• Strong knowledge of web standards is a must
• Expert user of Adobe Dreamweaver
• Exposure to Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal is a plus
• Experience with Technologies like PHP, Asp.net or ASP, Sharepoint is a plus
• Experience of Flex, Silverlight is a plus
• Sound knowledge of Jquery, Mootools and other JS libraries
• Good Experience in Java/J2EE technology stack
• Must have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, XML, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, UML, MQ/JMS programming skills
• Experience using Weblogic, Websphere, Eclipse, SQL Navigator/TOAD, Unix , Oracle
• Should possess excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
