Description:
WSSC is looking to immediately augment its Data Center team staff with someone who has skills for assisting with our continuing improvement of Data Center technologies and our solidifying of our day-to-day operations.
This person needs to have senior-level experience and knowledge of a wide breadth of technologies as they must be able to perform various complex duties for the Commission's multi-platform environment.
This person will serve in multiple roles including: an architect of solutions, a project resource to ensure the success of other IT teams' initiatives, as well as an implementer and troubleshooter. A candidate who has experience with many yet not all of the technologies listed in the duties/responsibilities below may be considered.
Required Skills:
Cloud implementation, automation, and self-service
VMware vSphere 5.x and other VMware product suite solutions
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/online
Advanced Windows Server 2008 and 2012 features
Advanced Microsoft Active Directory administration
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Rack and blade servers
Fiber channel and FCoE SAN storage and networking
