·Bachelor'sdegree;

·CertifiedScrumMaster(CSM);

·PgMPcertification;

·              Experienceincreatingprocurementdocumentsforhardware/softwareandprofessional/technical services;

·AnyprojectmanagementexperienceworkingwithDisasterRecoveryprojects;

·Anyexperiencewiththemotorvehicleordriverlicenseprograms;

·              Anyexperiencecreatinganddeliveringnewprocessestostreamlineordefine activities/processes;

·              Three(3)ormoreyearsofexperiencemanagingprojectsinvolvingsystemdevelopmentincluding commercialandcustomsoftware,hardwareandintegration;

·Anyexperiencetraining/mentoringonprojectmanagementprocesses;

·Anyexperiencefacilitatingprocessreviewsand/orchangemanagementefforts
