Details:                 Upgrade from SQL 2005/2008 to SQL 2014

 

Required Skills:

·         Migration experience 2005 or 2008 to SQL 2014

·         Programming Experience beyond just standard DBA activities

·         Understanding of 3-tier development

·         Experience Installing/upgrading SQL Server

·         Advanced knowledge in Creating/Updating tables, indexes, procs, triggers

·         Setting up and Using SQL Server Profiler

·         Understanding of reading query plan

·         Performance tuning

·         Creating CrossServer Queries

·         Experience Using Linked Servers

·         Lock Types

·         Query Hints
