Position: MDM Architect/ System Administrator
Location: Quincy, MA
LOCAL candidates HIGHLY preferred
Phone - Skype - Onsite interview are all options (onsite preferred)
Duration: 6+ months
MDM ARCHITECT
System admin/architect in enterprise class MDM space.
• Maintain and enhance existing mobility infrastructure including BES, BAS, BoxTone, Lotus Traveler, and MobileIron services.
• Provide mobility infrastructure expertise, as well as Tier III technical support to internal support team and end users.
• Proactively identify problems, monitor performance and perform upgrades to mobility related software as required
• Schedule and execute server upgrades, preventive maintenance, and configuration changes with minimal end user disruption per the guidelines of the Environmental Change Control Process
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity. Prepares detail specifications for developers. Provides technical expertise in evaluating new software modifications that will enhance operating and development activities.
