Position Description:

Positions in this function will work on an Agile Development team and provide technical architecture support to the development and SSS team for any infrastructure changes/maintenance/troubleshooting activities.  This resource will also work with System Analyst and business to coordinate with vendor/external parties to setup integration components example ECG, webservices, network connectivity and integration testing support.

  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate as an active member of an Agile Development Team.
• Provide technical analysis work for projects, work orders, and defect break-fix work for any infrastructure related matters.
• Translate systemrequirements / objectives into clear technical requirements and specifications to build new or enhance infrastructure setup.
• Manage issues/questions related to technical requirements, traceability information, and requirement resolution status.
• Work with business users and system analysts to coordinate planning, requirements, changes, and expectations for any technical architecture matters.
• Work hands-on with applications, end-users and internal IT staff in order to facilitate completion of project and other work deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working with all aspects of the technical SLDC in both small and large projects.
• 3 years of experience conducting analysis of systems / applications based on requirements to change a system / application related to webservices or SOA architecture preferably has experience with Datapower or Layer 7 or IBM Websphere Service Bus.
• 5 years of experience creating technical requirement use cases / stories, traceability documentation, test plans and test casesfrom a technical perspective.
• Experience independently managing tasks/schedule related to assignments with a demonstrated ability to complete work on-time.
• Experience engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work.                   
• Experience working with technical systems in a large and complex organization focusing mainly on distributed processing involving SOA, web app and Java application.
• Experience working with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office applications
• 5 years of experience working with UNIX operating system
