Skills Needed:

- Proficient in MS Project; minimum of 5 years experience using MS Project to manage multi-million dollar projects and programs with multiple year durations

- Strong communication skills, oral and written

- Ability to communicate clearly and easily with all levels of management, all areas of IT, and business users

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Planning and management skills, including scope, budgeting, testing, quality tracking and resource allocation

- Proficient in using MS Word, Visio, Excel, and Powerpoint to create documentation

- Experience with project risk management, including failure mode effect analysis

Preferred:

- Experience with SharePoint 2013

- Experience with MS Project Server

- Experience with PMO organizations, purpose and goals

- Experience working in a government environment
